FAQ

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
 
Delivery will be normally be via Royal Mail Standard First Class post, however Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery can be arranged for an additional charge and can be selected at the check out.

International orders for US, Canada & Europe are normally sent via Royal Mail International Standard (Airmail) - please note this is not a tracked service (an upgrade is available at the checkout). Other overseas customers, please contact me for shipping rates and methods.

International shipping times from the UK vary - please allow at least 2 weeks from point of despatch. In some instances it may take longer, as parcels can get held up (e.g. in customs) and they do not always take the fastest or most direct route to their destination. Please note Royal Mail do not consider an item 'lost' until 25 working days after posting.

Please note - International orders - these may be subject to import duties and taxes outside of my control, which may be levied when the goods arrive in your country. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I am legally required to state the value of the goods and complete a customs declaration for these orders at the time of posting. If you are unsure, please email me or consult the customs authority in your own country for further details. I have no control over these and I am unable to reimburse any charges.

Please report all non receipt of goods within 30 days.

Your purchase will be received in an organza gift bag and shipped in a padded envelope, with other protective packaging as required.

 

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
 

I hope you will be happy with your purchase. Please be advised that each item is handmade, unique and sold as seen (unless a custom order).

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. This must be advised in writing via email within this timeframe and items should be returned in original or similar packaging. If you require a cancellation form, please contact me.
Items will be checked on receipt and refunded within 14 days. Standard outward shipping will be included in the refund. Return shipping will not be included, unless the item is faulty.

Please note custom orders are not usually entitled to a refund unless faulty.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not usually entitled for a refund unless faulty.

As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - if there is a problem with your order, e.g. if an item arrives broken or damaged, or is faulty in any way, please contact me within 30 days (or ideally as soon as possible), to discuss return or replacement. Additionally, if an item is proven to be faulty you may still be entitled to a refund up to 6 months after purchase.

All sizes and measurements given are approximate, but if you have any queries, please contact me prior to purchase.

Some items are made using non tarnish silver plated wire which is coated to prevent tarnishing, however over time this can occur. To prolong the life of your jewellery it is recommended that where possible you keep your jewellery away from damp, direct sunlight, aerosols, creams and lotions.
